Your GALA committee is hard at work pulling together the details of this year’s GALA.

As I’ve said before, the committee does the ground work and the Rotarians make it happen!

TICKETS - $100 each – Bob Brownson is organizing ticket sales. Reach out to your regular contacts and find some new ones! Make a table of 8, promote the GALA and Rotary with family and friends.

DONATIONS – Kevin Wodzak is co-coordinating donations - silent auction, live auction, raffles – have an idea for a great experience raffle or live auction? Let Kevin know. Reach out to your business and personal contacts to obtain items and products for our Silent Auction table.

BASKET RAFFLE - Emily McDonald will put her magic touch on the baskets again this year. I previously sent an email to all Rotarians detailing this process and the themes. We’d love to see some of the men get involved in developing a theme and putting some product together. Remember – you don’t have to “make up the basket”. Let Emily do that.

LOTTERY BASKET – Emily further emailed the idea of collecting Lottery scratch tickets and making a lottery tree. We’ll look for someone at the club to coordinate that for us.

DELIVERY OF AUCTION ITEMS – Deliver all auction items to our house – Mike & Joanne Fowler – on Saturday, March 29, Saturday, April 5 or Sunday, April 6 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
